Phillip = Graduating

I've known Phillip since he was very little. Our families have known each other for a long time. It was so fun to take his senior pictures because i've known him most of his life so i've seen him grow up. Of course the fact that we took his drum set outside for his senior pictures had nothing to do with it being fun ;-) Have i mentioned that i love my job and my clients? (and the fact that alot of them are friends.)

I always encourge my seniors to bring a friend or family member along for their shoot to make it more comfortable for them, i can get more natural smiles and expressions. Since my brother and Phillip are buds i did part of their shoot together so here's the piano's again. Phillip is also a musician, as you probably figured out already.

hey hey lil' brother

Well, its that time of year, and my little brother is one of them. He's graduating from high school. We went to a music stores storage floor. He's a musician so this location was perfect for him, he did a great job of picking it. We had fun, it seems like i always say that, but hey i love my job, it IS fun. and working with my any and all of my family is always awesome. I'm proud of him and excited to see what he's up to next.

this is erin.
erin is strong. erin is beautiful. erin is amazing.
i can say all this because i know erin quite well. she is like a little sister to me.
we spent a summer serving together on tour with Stand True ministries in 2007, the pro-life ministry i've mentioned several times before. i also visited her several times this summer.
erin is graduating from high school this year, she insisted that i was the one to be taking her senior pictures. though i'm always up and excited to travel for jobs, being in school full time makes it alittle harder than it used to be to fit in my schedule, but we made it happen! last friday i drove up to pittsburgh, erin her friend and i packed ourselves up, along with her outfits, and her couch! and headed to the park...
of course we had a really good time.

abby's graduatin'

this is abby. we've had fun shooting her HS senior pictures throughout the past few months... we did several different shoots and locations, which resulted in so many to pick from, this is just a glimpse. i always encourage the seniors i photograph to bring a close friend along for the shoot so they are more comfortable, and the shots are more natural looking; the laughter it brings is always a plus too. abby brought her sister along (there are some of both of them at the bottom.) i love them together. enjoy!
